8 oz Winning Batter Mix. For best results, soak food in binder (ie. egg whites), then remove and allow excess to drip off. Place in a container pre-loaded with a sufficient amount of batter mix to coat food. (Repeat if double-breading desired). Proceed to deep-, air-, or pan-fry until internal temperatures are reached for safe consumption.
