ABOUT US
We began as a simple food truck dedicated to serving families with food allergies who want to enjoy fried foods like everyone else. What we learned is that 'everyone else' also enjoyed our batter.
Why is that? Because our batter packs the flavor that you just can't find even in regular mixes. Although be warned that if you try our mix, you may choose not to go out for chicken again!
Each package contains 8 oz of our WINNING BATTER that is packed with flavor. Dip chicken or desired treat in egg whites, milk, or other binder and coat with our mix. For twice the flavor, repeat the process to double-coat! Then you're ready to deep-, air-, or pan-fry away!
